The home inspection before purchase done by Lighthouse Construction and Restoration Inc, has saved me up to $40000.00 in potential hazardous expenses. Not only did the seller drop the listing price tremendously, but he fixed every single indoor issue addressed by the inspector, and completely changed the roof and provided a check at closing for repainting the walls. All this done at his own expenses. As a single mom, first time buyer, I would have never point those things to seller. Thank you from the bottom of my heart Joe! "We had Lighthouse redo 2 bathrooms including our master bath. The walk in shower shown was completed in 2008 . We recently had them back to add new plumbing trims to the satin black , wanted a fresh new color and the new super sized shower head that was not available in 2008. The natural stone was also resealed and looks great. The valves and temp. control still operate great... the steam shower feature is perfect"

"Back in July of 2020, myself, a single mother and a first time buyer, was in the market of purchasing a sell by owner home in Valparaiso, IN. I had Lighthouse Construction inspect the home before starting to negotiate the price with the owner. The concerns that Lighthouse Construction and Restoration INC. pointed out to me while inspecting the house help me save up to $40K on this purchase. The seller ended up dropping 20k of the initial asking price. He ended up fixing a tremendous amount if issues i had no idea even existed. The home owner also replaced the roof and provided me with a 4k cashiers check at closing and plaid the closing costs. 2020 might have been difficult, but Lighthouse Construction has been a BLESSING for me.
